  1. Reserve Your Trial

    Fill out the quick form and we'll confirm your class time by email — usually within 24 hours.

  2. Arrive 10–15 Minutes Early

    Meet Coach Sean, get a tour of the space, and borrow a pair of gloves if you don't have your own.

  3. Learn the Basics

    You'll be shown stance, movement, and basic punches before joining a class that matches your level.

  4. No Pressure Afterward

    If you enjoyed it, Coach Sean will walk you through membership options. If not, no hard feelings — the trial is free.

Yes. Beginner training is about technique, footwork, bag work, and conditioning — not getting hit. Everything is coach-led and taught step by step, and you'll never be pushed into anything you're not ready for.

No. You get fit by training, not before it. Classes scale to your level, and Coach Sean will meet you exactly where you are.

No. Sparring is completely optional and only for members who want it and are technically ready. Most members train for fitness and skill without ever sparring.

For your trial, nothing — we have gloves available to borrow. Once you join, you'll want your own gloves and hand wraps, and we can point you to good options.

Comfortable athletic clothing and clean indoor training shoes. Bring a water bottle and a towel.

Absolutely. StrikeHouse is built to be a welcoming, no-ego gym for everyone — many of the best technicians in any boxing gym are women.
