Do I need any experience to join?

None at all. We train complete beginners every week. You'll get a full tour and introduction before your first class so you know exactly what to expect.

What should I bring to my first class?

Just yourself and water. Wear comfortable athletic clothing. We have gloves available for your trial — once you join you'll want to get your own gear.

How much does membership cost?

We offer flexible membership options to fit your schedule and budget. Contact us or book a free trial and Coach Sean will walk you through the options.

What's the class schedule like?

We run classes Monday through Saturday. Check the schedule section above for current available times. Times may vary week to week.

Is Strike House good for weight loss / fitness?

Boxing is one of the most effective full-body workouts you can do. You'll build cardio, strength, coordination, and confidence — the weight loss is a side effect.

Do you offer personal training?

Yes — 1-on-1 sessions with Coach Sean are available. These are ideal if you want to focus on specific skills or train on your own schedule.
